Hornback Leather Belt

In our Vietnamese atelier, the hornback section of a hide is reserved for pieces that need to be felt as much as seen. Here each scale rises into a firm ridge you can trace with your fingertip, and under light the ridges catch in curved streaks that no two hides ever repeat. Our artisans, with fifteen to twenty years at the bench, cut this belt from one whole hide and hand-stitch it to the waist measurement you give us.
